These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites lfgxp.com and any related applications, operated by Looking for Group Exp. ("LFGxp", "we", "us"), an arm of the Lived Experience People Foundation (LEPF) and a service of ASHAB ALTAJURBA AL HEIA CONSULTANTS (License No. 1519775, Dubai). By accessing the platform, joining the waitlist, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

LFGxp is a peer-led, non-clinical wellness platform. Our services — including peer matching, community circles, voice-message check-ins, and training — are delivered by trained Lived-Experience Experts who have personally lived through the challenges they support others through. Our work is grounded in LEPF's 3H Functional Recovery Model (Hayat, Hawel, Hafez) and is intended to complement, not replace, professional medical or psychological care.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or join the waitlist. Users aged 16–17 may participate only with documented consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Core peer-support features are free during the beta. If we introduce paid features, prices will be displayed in AED inclusive of applicable VAT, and processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Refunds, where offered, will follow the policy published at point of sale.

The LFGxp name, logo, content, design, and software are owned by LEPF / ASHAB ALTAJURBA AL HEIA CONSULTANTS or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them without written permission.

You retain ownership of the messages, voice notes, and content you share. By posting in shared spaces, you grant LFGxp a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as needed to deliver the service. You are responsible for what you share and must not post anything unlawful, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights.

You may stop using LFGxp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, of our Community Guidelines or Acceptable Use policy, or where we are required to by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised "Issued" date and, where possible, by email.
