These terms apply to anyone approved to act as a trained Lived-Experience Expert on LFGxp, in addition to our main Terms & Conditions.

You must be 18 or older, have meaningful lived experience of the area you want to support, have had enough time since your hardest chapter to hold space for others, and complete our training and onboarding.

You must complete LFGxp's peer-support training (active listening, boundaries, safeguarding, crisis-aware support) and any refresher modules we require. Training is provided free of charge during the beta.

Act with respect, honesty, and humility. Stay in your lane as a peer — do not diagnose, prescribe, or offer clinical advice. Respect cultural and religious differences. Maintain professional boundaries inside and outside the platform.

You agree to follow our escalation paths and to alert a supervisor immediately if a seeker is in crisis, at risk of harming themselves or others, or disclosing abuse. Clinical supervisors are available to support you with any hard conversation.

You must keep everything seekers share strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by safeguarding policy or law. You must not screenshot, record, or republish seeker content.

Materials you create as part of your role (worksheets, voice notes, group templates) may be used by LFGxp under a non-exclusive licence to deliver the service. You retain credit for your work.

Some expert paths are paid, others are volunteer with recognition (training credit, certificates, references). Payment terms, where applicable, will be set out in a separate engagement letter.

We may suspend or remove you immediately for safeguarding concerns, breach of confidentiality, harassment, or repeated breach of these terms.

Acting as a peer expert is not a substitute for being a regulated healthcare professional. You agree to operate within the limits of your training and the LFGxp framework.
