What good looks like inside our circles, and how we keep them safe.
Honesty about how you actually are. Curiosity about other people's experiences. Asking for what you need. Sharing what worked for you, while making space for it to be different for others.
Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination on any basis. Proselytising or pressuring others into a belief system. Doxxing or sharing anyone's private information without consent. Spam, promotion, or recruitment. Posing as a clinician or giving clinical / medical / legal / financial advice. Romantic or sexual solicitation.
Use Arabic or English — both are welcome. Be patient with people writing in their second language. Translation is part of how we hold each other.
You can share your experience of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, addiction, or abuse — carefully, and without graphic detail. If you are in crisis right now, call 999 or 800-SAKINA (800 725462) and tell a peer expert so we can stay close.
Tap "Report" on any message or member that worries you, or email safety@lfgxp.com. We read every report.
We use a graduated response: a private word from a peer expert, a temporary pause from a space, and, where necessary, removal from the platform. Safeguarding concerns are escalated immediately.
